Adam Wells

Partner

Adam is an entrepreneur with 20 years of executive experience. He is passionate about connecting business strategy with execution.  After founding his first two companies at the ages of 25 and 27 respectively and operating them over a period of 11 years, he joined a Houston-based venture capital firm in 2016.  Adam has held several C-suite positions including CRO, COO & CEO in this top decile performing VC firm with $100M AUM, running multiple P&L’s, and contributing to strategy, legal, finance, and operations.  During his tenure at this firm, Adam has partnered with more than 100 companies on executing growth strategies to direct capital, technology, and talent to grow their businesses.

After eight years running financial analyst, operating partners, and professional services business units within the VC firm, Adam is looking to use the experience and wisdom that he has gained through working with venture-backed vertical market software companies and private equity-backed services & technology companies to the benefit of not only his former firm’s portfolio, but also many other companies across the US and throughout the world.
